Visited here yesterday whilst visiting my cousin. This place is one of their favourite places to eat. It was our 2nd time there for Sunday lunch and we were not disappointed. Excellent atmosphere, staff very attentive and food very good.

We tried the lamb hotpot pie about a month ago and it was delicious ...crunchy pastry and full of meat and gravy...however the following week we ordered the same and it was a collapsed microwaved soggy heap on the plate...what a pity...staff are good though and beer good

Quite possibly the prettiest pub that I've ever visited. Beautiful inside and loads of seating. It's predominantly a food vs. a 'wet' pub, but there is a great range of drinks available. If you eat here, the service is excellent. The food is good but not outstanding and a bit expensive for what it is, hence 4 stars instead of 5. If you like a pub that offers a great environment and service, with good food, and don't mind paying a premium, then this is a good bet for you.
