Jen is amazing lady.Nothing is too much trouble. A cat whisperer. You can leave your cat and you know he or she is in safe hands and well looked after. Mr Gibbs can be a typical Victor meldrew and Jen has a good way with him and he don't want to leave. Jen has gave me some valuable advice and it works.

My cats are so relaxed and happy. Jen has a special touch with the cats. Mr Gibb s refuses to come home he has stress related issues at other cattery s but not with the indoor cattery he's happy and claims his spot and I get regular updates about them
