Went to this Fish shop tonight,we had a Donner meat and chips and a Chicken meat and chips, both meals were vile, no taste to either meat and bordering on cold, chips were also cold. This place has gone downhill since it changed hands from the nice gentleman who used to own it, stay away.

I visited 1 week after new management took over and was very disappointed. However, lots of changes since, including a new oil filter and having been back again, the chips were unreal - golden and crispy and the best I have ever tasted from a chippy and every bit as good their other chippy in Worcester!

I have always thought that this was the best chip shop and should be put forward to the chip shop of the year. Today I visted after it had been closed for a refit. The fish was awful, the batter was clunky and had a taste all of it's own. The chips were hard and over cooked. what is going on with my favourite chippy. I can't recommend this while the level of food is dire and extreamley poor. Today 14th March I decided to give them another go. They do not have any food on display and food is cooked to order. I had the fish only. Once again the fish was cooked to order. When it came out the batter had msde the fish mushy and it tasted like the oil needs changing. Please avoid. New management and now extremely poor quality food being used. AVOID UNTIL THEY LEARN.
