Unfriendly stuff. Toilet is broken.We got appointment after 3weeks. MADNESS!House is falling apart,mold everywhere,doors (bathroom/garden)expanded,cupboards in kitchen is rusty flat is unlievable. No one is willing to repair. Last time shower was broken, they repaired it after 2 weeks. We couldn't shower like normal human beings. It's very poor. This company should be ashmed for the flats they are providing to people as the standard is below poverty. Don't hire from this people. They care nothing but money.

Disgraceful business - should be shut down and fined. Attempting to increase bills by £200 per month for repairs that have not been carried out and outright refusal to carry out repairs on water damage caused by the structure of the building and no fault of the tenant. Watchdog should investigate and shut down these scam artists. Beware

Reading the other review I can see I am not alone. Unfortunately this is not something that can be fixed as there is no desire to fix it. It can take months or years to fix issues, failure to show for visits no reason given. Hyde Group hides behind its contractors. Absolving themselves off responsibility. Hyde and the contractors passing the blame between each other. Even problems that are clear health and safety issues are not dealt with. The stress and distress this causes is unbelievable. I have spent 100+ hours on call or waiting, emailed texted, nothing gets done. Speaking to other tenants it’s a common problem. Their processes are completely broken, but as mentioned they have no desire to fix or improve them. Eventually as mentioned by another review they will attempt to gas light you, claiming visits were never booked or they have no record or you are being a pain and need to be patient and follow the process. (for expecting them to do their job - they don’t like being called out on it.) I have also been lied to numerous times, told that someone is around the corner or someone will call me. It’s a toxic culture from the top down with no care or concern for their tenants, this goes all the way to the top unfortunately. I really feel for the other reviewers, you can see some are elderly or disabled. Unfortunately Hyde have slick marketing and talk about how they care, this is simply not true. I don’t blame individual staff members. It’s all down to leadership, and they don’t care. They are very highly paid. It’s a company that is failing absolutely in its core remit.
