Booked to stay for our anniversary, paid in full with booking confirmation. Next morning we're contacted and told the property was not available. Explained it was our anniversary and were asked to "compromise" and celebrate a week later?!? Extremely unprofessional and now we're stuck waiting up to 5 days for a refund before we can book something else. Be warned!
