    I have trained with Ant, coming up to almost 5 years! His gym has transformed from having next to no equipment to having every piece of equipment you would need to get into shape. Ant educated me on so many things relating to fitness, diet, well being and good health in general. He has transformed not only my body but with his wealth of knowledge and support, my mind on fitness too. I had a year out due to having my baby and Ant has been great at easing me back into it.     The Hurtlocker is more than just a gym the training is designed around you not the PTs ego , you are always encouraged to do your best no matter what's going on in your life . Anthony and his team are brilliant the gym is very well equipped and is constantly updated cannot recommend it enough

    There is no exaggeration in the fact that the Hurtlocker and Anthony Zawalij have changed my life! I started my training there a very depressed very unfit 50yr old with the smallest goal of just wanting to feel a little bit better about myself! Five years later I am a British and world champion in deadlift only and a woman who 100% feels happier about herself and her life 🙌 Something I never would of dreamed I could achieve in a million years!! Any goal you have small or big the Hurtlocker and Anthony are just the absolute best gym and trainer there is out there i highly recommend.

    Ant is a great, positive and realistic PT. He always sets expectations that nothings comes easy or quickly you have to work HARD and be motivated every single session, that is why i nearly faint every single week as i leave my heart and soul in that gym! I never would of dreamed vising a PT twice a week but I can honestly say i couldn't imagine my life without it now. I would 100% recommend Anthony if you want to change your fitness life around! The gym is great and has everything you need and more, there is constantly new equipment for everyone to use and all the PT's are really helpful
