I came to the practice with my brother and I am surprised how nice and well managed this place is. Doctor Soloimon was very kind, professional and patient with answering directly for all our questions and creating treatment plan, same as Manager of that place Dr Thiago Cibien, he's very involved into the care of patients super helpful and kind, with making sure that we was welcoming there, 5 stars for them :)

Had an emergency appointment at the Dental Hub. Eventually they offered to take my painful tooth out on same day. I was not a confident patient and all the staff explained each step to me, Dr Hugo Medd. The staff that actually did the much needed procedure was a lovely surgeon who kept calm, which helped me through what I was dreading, Dr Ezgi Cilingir. I arrived at the hub just before 3pm to fill in forms before my appointment at 3.15pm. I left at 7pm, thanks to the lovely Rhyann Peters who fought my corner to fit me in that day as I’d been there hours and leaving in pain to return next day or in two days felt unreal to us both. Thank you Rhyann as I had been in a lot of pain for a week before doing anything I could, other than visiting the dentist. The procedure wasn’t straightforward but I’m pleased to say since the procedure I’ve had hardly any pain, just aching of jaw and whole mouth really. After the traumatic experience Rhyann allowed me to stay until I felt I could drive home and ensured I knew and had my aftercare plan. He was great

Brilliant staff. I recieved treatment from dr. Nartey and nurse Rebecca and they kept me at ease throughout and informed of everything they were doing. They made what normally is a scary trip to the dentist quite enjoyable (to an extent). Would definitely recommend going here especially in an emergency. You get seen quick and treatments are booked quickly so you are out of pain.

As a very nervous patient needing 5 composite fillings via 2 visits, I was treated by Pavels and his nurse Berfin who both looked after me amazingly. Pavels made me feel at ease straight away, made sure i was in no discomfort with reassurance throughout the procedure and restored my smile with such art. I could not recommend him highly enough and thank him for restoring my confidence.

I am completely and utterly blown away by this dental practice. I am petrified of going to the dentist, beyond words can explain. The two ladies I saw at the beginning who had to X-ray me and diagnose the problem were so kind, understanding and sympathetic, I walked in and burst into tears, and for the first time ever at a dentist I didnt feel silly or rushed, infact I was actually told to take my time and I felt understood and not stupid. They were compassionate throughout. Later on that day, (my appointment was booked in for the same day) I went back and had my procedure, again the dentist, was such a kind and understanding man, Dr. Solo, I honestly cant thank you enough. You made the experience barable. You allowed me to take control of the whole thing, and I felt safe and again understood. You have given me hope in my future dentistry Journey, and I am actually almost looking forward to seeing you again, as much as I hate visiting the Dentist, I know ill be okay if im coming to visit you all. Lastly a lovely lady who explained all the pricing options to me, you were lovely, offered me a hand to hold and made me feel a lot more relaxed. 100% recommended to everyone.

I was seen by Dr Belal for an emergency appointment which was arranged super quickly. The staff on reception are great and very polite and helpful. Dr Belal was a super hero! Beautiful inside out, which might sound shallow and irrelevant, but this really helps when you’re dreading to see a dentist and in a lot of pain! Very nice doc who really helped and I had instant relief from the nasty pain
