I’ve recently paid to market a property and it wouldn’t allow me to verify my details and hence get the advert processed. I called the telephone number but the answer machine said that they are not accepting voice messages and I can only contact via email. I have emailed in with my query and I still haven’t heard anything. Really not impressed with the service so far and this is my first advert. I think I will use alternate marketing methods in future. I’m happy to change this review if I get some customer service but let’s wait and see. So far it’s 48 hours and not a peep.
