    The team at HOS are amazing. They fitted our shutters ten years ago and were professional, considerate and expert. The whole experience was spot on from sales, through fitting and then dealing with some post-fitting issues quickly and expertly. We have just replaced our windows and HOS came and took the shutters down, expertly restored by Lee to look as good as new. Whilst taking them down it became evident they couldn’t go straight back up without considerable modification and Dean and the team worked out how to do that and got them back within weeks - they fitted perfectly and Kelly & Rob did an amazing job fitting them without fuss and ahead of expected timeframes. This was in complete contrast to the window company who promised solutions then failed to deliver ultimately walking off the job. Thankfully HOS sorted out things way beyond their brief without batting an eyelid. All of this was with the backdrop of my wife scheduled to undergo major surgery needing the windows and shutters up and working for when she returns home to recuperate. It has been a terribly stressful process but HOS have been amazing in helping relieve that stress caused by others and I know they went above and beyond knowing our situation and for that I am truly thankful. The humanity demonstrated was huge and we will always remember their kindness during this terribly upsetting time.

    Ordered Shutters for the windows in my Cottage which I was a little worried about as the cottage is over 300 years old and every window has a different size. However the technician who came to measure up assured me they were used to handling a wide range of window sizes and not to worry, everything would be just fine. Come the day of fitting it was exactly that, all shutters were fitted successfully within the day and I'm super impressed not only with the quality of the shutters and the work but also the care and attention House of Shutters put in to the project. Can highly recommend them
