just popped in while passing. but ended up buying a hot tub. lots of different hot tubs to choose from. caters everyone's needs. well impressed with staff who showed us around and their knowledge of products. even got offered a coffee. thanks Grant. looking forward to our delivery. hot tub arrived today. they rang before delivery to say what time they would be there. Ben and another lad . installed the hot tub and explained how to use the tub thanks lads. would highly recommend. UPDATE. After nearly 4 years ownership I have to say I am still extremely impressed with this company. After coming back off holiday we found we had no power to our tub, rang the office and Mark was at my house the next day to repair the issue. We had issues with the controls and this time Mark attended the same day !! Cannot fault this company and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a tub but also wanting excellent after sales service

When we went to look at hot tubs (back in October) we were offered a cancelled hot tub (by previous customer) as we wanted one delivered soon as possible ideally for half term… grant was friendly and we liked him so took the £6k leap for a hot tub. He offered us the whole package… lid lifter, steps and chemicals. We had to pay £250 for hiab crane to lift and off we go excited …. Hot tub delivered, delivery guy calls and tells us no lid lifter or steps but they’ll get delivered later, week later steps arrive but still no lid lifter. Every month we have called we have been told on the list and it’s coming … today I speak to grant and it’s a whole different story.. oh you didn’t pay for the lid lifter so it’s another £250, I explained they had included it when we talked through the sale… he denies. So I’ve had a hot tub since October which the lid wasn’t fastened down because his own delivery team said a lid lifter was coming! Shocking service and totally missold! Avoid!
