Bought the Orca Stoneboro a few weeks ago and have never been out of it. The best investment ive made. From start to finish the lads were professional courteous and never pressurised me into anything. Dave has been brilliant from start to finish and mike on the install was a gent. Cant recommend these highly enough and hopefully the aftersales care is just as good

Havent purchased one, but recently visited to have a browse while my daughter used the toilet. The quality is amazing, have all different sizes, 1 perspn 2 person, 4 person ETC...ones that play music via bluetooth, even offer finance. Staff are nice too.

Great place would highly recommend , Dave was very patient and professional I'm not one who likes parting with my money so asked him every question going and he was great, very fast delivery and delivered at the weekend the insulation guy's were great (watch out for the singing one get your ear plugs ready 😂) and i must say the after sales service is great if you need anything.

Went to visit the showroom in Greasby and the staff there were totally uninterested in discussing my needs when I tried to engage was basically seen as an inconvenience. In the end the staff turned away from me and started discussing something else entirely and I ended up just walking out of the store as there was no interest from the staff to try and engage with me or my partner. We had specifically traveled (50+ miles) to discuss Wellis spa’s as they were listed as a premium partner but from my experience this couldn’t have been further from the truth. I will be following up with Wellis as this is not what I would expect from a company promoting this brand. Would not recommend the Hot Tub Place for anything!
