  Carole, Martin, Tony and the 2 lovely men who installed my hot tub were brilliant from the start!! Carole was very helpful and informative when I went down to have a look and Tony came round in less than an hour to check access, which was VERY tight!! They only had about 1 centimetre extra but they fitted it without looking even slightly stressed, I couldn't even watch!! I popped down today for some more chemicals and some of the lovely smelly spa soaks and Martin served me and answered all my questions while Carole was on the phone but she came out to the car park after her call to check that everything was OK. I really can't fault anything about the service I received and would REALLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone thinking of buying a hot tub ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  Went in to ask for advice on my chemical routine. Was thinking of changing from chlorine to bromide, the staff were so helpful. They could have sold me nearly £100 worth of new chemicals and filters but advised me to go home and retry with my chlorine. They explained everything so clearly. I was really impressed with how kind and helpful they were as I hadn’t bought my tub from them but they were willing to help so much 😊

  Excellent service from beginning to end. Help and advise choosing the right model for us. We had an on-site inspection initially to ensure how to get the hot tub where we needed it. The Tub arrived in the estimated time span we were given. We can’t thank Tony and his son enough for the setup which all went smoothly and the advise Tony gave us. The hot tub is amazing !!! A happy Edwards Family !!

  I had refrained from posting a review as I am a great believer in giving people the benefit of the doubt and I understand we can all have misunderstandings and off days. That said, the reply from the owner to my partner's review, in my opinion, leaves little to the imagination that this company have a certain clientele they serve well and if you do not meet this, you should not waste their, or your, time. We had been considering a hot tub for a couple of years, having moved into our property three years ago and completing a large upgrading project. I had owned two hot tubs previously, a 13amp and a 32amp model. Both had served my needs so we were open to discussion but had concerns about running a 32 amp model at our property on a complex system alongside other demand. We explained this and the gentleman directed us to the working display model. He did explain the difference between the two options and we appreciated this. Unfortunately, there were a couple of occasions when he was interrupted and I felt a little uncomfortable when he explained why he was interrupted by the owner. The reason we only spent 14 minutes with you was my choice. I felt quite uncomfortable with the interaction and did not want to deal with people that made comments about my nails or spoke to me as if I were uneducated. I accept you are experts in the hot tub business, we came to you first for that expertise. Sadly, we did not expect to be greeted in the manner we experienced. Furthermore, referring to me in your review as a 'female companion ' infers a particular kind of relationship. It was clear we were a long term cohabiting couple from the information we shared with you. I would suggest in future comments or responses to reviews you could use less judgmental vocabulary, partner, lady, gentleman, are all appropriate if you are unaware of the marital status. It is clear you do not rate online companies and we respect that. We have found their customer service to be outstanding. They have talked us through all the questions we have had, discussed our requirements and we are due to take delivery of our hot tub tomorrow. We did not have a restriction on budget but we have spent what we need to get the standard of hot tub and features we want. As I said at the start of the review, we all have off days. I wish you continued success with your business.

  Just ordered a tub today 18th September 2021 , so far so good , the young lady was very helpful and friendly. I am sure all will go to plan with the order and delivery and will be helpful in the future , we feel it’s a reputable company with many years of experience, looking forward to the day it arrives.   Wasted trip, very disappointed by service after I asked on phone asking if they had lots of displays running they said yes get there to find only one running set up ! The woman I suspect to be owner kept rudely interupting the salesman who kept going on how they only source theirs from America and theirs are better then the Chinese ones. Then comes the price, hugley over priced so left to went with a well know online brand and purchased one of bigger sized and performance £2k less. They made their hot tubs in the UK and correctly pointed out, the chances of a hot tub being exclusively built in America as slim as most electrical parts etc as manufactured elsewhere in the world and they are then just put together in America. Hot tub outlet you just lost a genuine buyer down to your prices and customer service , awful.

  Staff friendly & knowledgeable. They didn't have the Spa starter packs in, but the staff advised me of what I'd need in 1kg packs, which worked out slightly cheaper then the starter pack. I recommend going here for your hot tub chemicals if your local to Wigan, but they also deliver via their website.
