There's at least a couple of hotdog stands in Cambridge, but this one is definitely the best. The sausages and buns are of much better quality than the others' - they're very tasty and the perfect texture. I've definitely gone through more than a few customer loyalty cards here over the years. There's many constants in the universe, and it feels like The Hot Sausage Company being on the corner of Sidney Street and Market Street is one of them.

This stall has been here over twenty years and serves quality hotdogs and a variety of chilli sauces The dogs themselves are of the pork sausage rather than frankfurter style sausage. Great tasting and really v good after a heavy night before!
