I have had an absolute shocking experience with this company, wouldn't use them again which is a dissapointment as normally when you go for a smaller company you get a better experience and some level of customer service but it has been the total opposite in this case. I purchased a lounge and table off them that came incorrectly, the replacement pieces took 2 months to come which I have come to accept but when I asked for the faulty table and backrest to be collect from mine as we aren't allowed to leave things on the street in central london without recieving a fine and without a car the local disposal faciality is too far away. I was told to get on public transport to dispose of these items. Absolutely shocking. Never have I ever been told to deal with a companies fault at my own cost and time. Amazing that a company can't come pick up there faulty bits but I'm expected to venture 1.5 hours return trip to a disposal facility with pieces that are too big to even carry like that. I wish I had a car as I would have just driven to a furniture shop and purchased the furniture directly without going through this faff. Buying beware!

Telephoned to check stock was in for the Signature Weave Charlotte Grey corner sofa dining set . The gentleman was very helpful , even checked a query I had about separating the sofas and emailed a diagram . All this was super fast and the ordering was very easy and straight forward . Time scale was quoted 1 to 3 weeks . I ordered on 24th February, received email confirmation. I received a text 1st March informing delivery 3rd March , I hour before delivery received a call to say they would not be long . Highly recommend this company for their service , helpfulness and great communication

It took 2 months for another store to admit garden furniture I ordered was out of stock indefinitely, so got a refund & looked elsewhere. This company explained there were stock issues & deliveries could be delayed until next summer. Appreciating the honesty, I went ahead anyway and the set arrived a month later! Delighted at their honesty & service. Even the delivery was spot on. Definitely recommended.
