This was the highlight of our day! (We visited today, which is a Monday so I think we picked a good day as it wasn't busy and no que) We had no idea what to expect as we just randomly decided to go in as we walked past & we thought it was absolutely fantastic! The staff were really friendly, it was so magical and a right laugh. The drinks & sweet treat at the end were a brilliant touch too - thank you! Deffo worth a visit 😁

I took my neice and nephew in because they both love magic and the woman working there her name was carmel she made it such a fun experience for all of us she was answering all the questions my neice asked she was a very friendly and kind person. Both my nephew and neice want to go again just to say hi so she deffonetly made a brilliant first impression so id just like to say thank you 100% taking them again

First time visitor yesterday. The staff were excellent at creating a wizarding atmosphere. The woman getting us to pose for the pictures and explaining the names of things really sold the atmosphere of it being a wizarding place. She was BRILLIANT at her job. Love the aesthetics. Really good price for the premium and what you get. Also the bonus of crawling through the fireplace and making another group jump and laugh in hysterics was brilliant, we ended up speaking and laughing at what had happened.
