Worst experience at a spa. Called to say I was running 15mins late for an appointment. The lady on the phone said it was completely fine and to come anyway. After a 1 hour journey in traffic it was a completely different story on arrival. The masseuse was very rude and said that she was very strict about her timing and cannot do my appointment. Complete lack of communication and waste of time. Even worse they said they were going to ‘waive my cancellation fee’. Imagine being charged money after that. Disgrace
