Amazing massage and lovely lunch. The rest of the Spa day was not relaxing. Exercise class in the pool with loud music, ruined the jacuzzi and steam room experience. Swim lane booked 2 months in advance at 11.30 but not able to use it as the exercise class ran till 12?? Would not recommend the spa day packages.

They offer only monthly memberships if you are younger (as in a teen or child) but not for adults? Furthermore, they charge £179 for a 12 month contract... with £300 joining fee? Personally I rather other gyms that are more transparent about prices on the website, not over charging (esp with regards to the joining fee) and that offers monthly contract so you can see if you actually enjoy the gym. I think the difference in offering younger but not older people to access the membership is unfair but hay ho there are other gyms. After speaking to the receptionist I was baffled by the suggestion I can pay monthly by direct debit when enquiring about not signing up for 1 year but enquiring about a monthly contract.

During the Pandemic I was amazed at the amount of investment put into the club to protect and enhance the experience for members. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the Personal Trainers knowledgeable, patient and encouraging. I am privileged to be a member

A very nice health club with short term memberships for people like me. I was happy to be able to sign up to a month of membership when in the area. I am a squash player and found some nice people to have a game and chat with. The facilities are great. Lots of space and various areas, inside and out, to workout from. Nice pool and sauna. Up to 3 hours parking. Nice cafe/ restaurant for pre/post gym. The staff on reception are really great. Warm and welcoming on every visit and I visited a lot! Thank you Paris, Julia and Hannah.

Had an appointment at the health spa for a review of facial products for the second time the computer scanner was out of order. Waste of time not impressed at all very unprofessional service won’t be going back again, poor service.
