Purchased one of their products through an Amazon seller. It arrived faulty, couldn't contact the seller so emailed HSC. First they offered to SELL me a replacement part, then when I told them the item was brand new, supplied faulty, was told they couldn't help!! UPDATED 10/06/2021 However, all now sorted, a replacement unit has been sent out to me by next day courier, so full marks to Callum at HSC!!
