    Staff is rude and not professional. When I try to speak to then about my arrival the staff start chatting with each others whilst I stood there waiting for the conversation ends. Clearly this surgery run by a group of family or friends .

    They registered a child whose date of birth they invented was the date we moved in to UK. The ''child'' registered is not existing in the family. I had it corrected to their reception, informed them that we don't have that child with that name, yet they scheduled a visit and worse, passed on the wrong information to the area we moved in. It's impossible to get an appointment by phone as they are always ''full''. So you have to walk to their centre early in the morning just to get a schedule.

    Rubbish I have to call 50 times today to get an appointment now I've got one and been sitting here for 27 minutes When you are late 5 minutes they don't see you but when they are late to see you you can't even tell them off

    Used to be a really good doctor until recently. Do not take calls until 9am even though they "open" at 8am. When I got through I explained that I wanted an appointment as my eye had deteriorated from surgery, immediately got told there were no appointments and that I needed to call 111 or go to a badger clinic. I asked if Doctor Mann (who is in charge) could get back to me at some point, but the receptionist said no, I then said is there a practice email that I can write to him on , again she said No. I have spoken to Doctor Mann in the past where a receptionist passed on that I wanted to talk to him about my case. I have never been spoken to so rudely before from a receptionist. I was not rude to her at all. The call was at 9:17am on 28/2/23 hopefully it is recorded so a manager can actually listen to it. If I wanted to complain or want a second opinion off the doctor in charge I have a right too. I wasn't expecting him to call me today but sometime this week was all I wanted. Please give your reception team more experience om how to communicate with clients.

    One of the worst gp ever, been on the fone from 8am for over a hour to be told no appointments and to call back next day at 8am For the last 4 days I had to listen to the same thing and then the cheek to say if my child needs to be seen I should go walk in and sit there 4 hours when hospital said he needs to get seen by gp for antibiotics Atleast treat children, elderly and vunreble people as first priority What are these receptionist getting paid for….. just to sit and chat all day Before everyone could get a appointment anytime any day but now it’s just ridiculous This surgery needs to be closed down….. Waste of time!!!!

    The worst incompetence and no responsibility. The remove me from sistem with out leting me know. I made appointment to see doctor in 2021 and they send me a letter with a appointment in 2022🤣🤣Must be joke. Tax payer money .If I can I will give no stars.

    Horrible experience.. been with this GP practice since I moved to Hall Green 8/9 years ago. By far the worst GP ever! Glad to say I have moved myself & my family to a much better practice in the area due to never able to get an appointment! I would advise anyone sensible to do the same.

    I have been calling since 8am to book an appointment with the GP for my child & receptionist are not answering the call . Then my husband went to ask them why are you not answering and the receptionist said because we don’t have any appointment. Well at least answer the call & let the patient know or have the message on phone that their is NO appointment left !!! Rather then sitting there & decided not to answer any call.

    I have been a patient at the Hill General Practice for a long time now and felt compelled to write a review. I have always found the staff to be helpful, professional, and knowledgeable this includes the reception team, GP's, and nurses. The waiting area is spacious and modern with comfortable seating. The surgery is also conveniently located with lots of pharmacies nearby. It would be great if the surgery could make the option available to book appointments online again in addition to phoning in like they did before the pandemic. Thank you all!
