Constantly changing process, phone system cuts you off, go in at 8 fill in a form for urgent and non urgent appointments, front desk team are clearly over stretched, only working one day at a time with no process for those who are not available to pop in at 8am. No online triage. Just not fit for purpose.

Worst drs surgery, never known anything quite like it. Can’t ever get an appointment as lines are too busy in the morning.

Horrible reception staff. I ended up changing practice after six weeks of trying to see a doctor.

Absolutely rubbish. Speechless. Only can make an appointment by phone at 8am or so for the day, this is for emergency patients which you will never able to get one. You can't make an non emergency appointments at any other time or methods. The appointment system is awful and not practical. Not everyone can afford not to work just to make a phone call over an hour plus just to speak to someone without guarantee an appointment. Last time I waited 1 hours for booking and 2 hours extra for doctor to call back.

It is impossible to get appointment even if you phone first thing in the morning. I have tread many times. Even if you go to the surgery something. Also, via their web site they will get you to sign up to a service which is called Patient Access which is no help whatso ever. It just a site for commercial payment heath care which obviously they get a kick back from. I am now hearing that staff friends connected to surgery will always get appointments. This surgery needs to be investigated by the NHS England.

I have been undergoing cancer treatment. They have been excellent. Last year I had pneumonia very close to sepsis and they got me into hospital the same day I saw them.

Called at 8 - pretty serious reason - added to a triage list - told I’d receive a call - never received a call - instead sent a link to Push doctor and online service - not applicable to me due to the nature of problem. I call all week, never get in. Result in going to A&E.. horrendous service from Highlands. You will be held accountable for negligence.

Cannot disagree with the low service levels described in these other reviews. It wasn't always like this at this surgery, it only changed when Sovereign or " Meon Health " took over. I had an experience at Highlands recently. My wife and I had to take our disabled daughter there. She is a wheelchair user and we have an adapted vehicle for this reason. We therefore need space and TIME for the processes needed to depart from the car, the sort of space provided by a disabled parking bay. When we arrived at the surgery both bays were taken. So we had to temporarily park in the middle, holding up other vehicles and causing a bit of mayhem etc while we got my daughter and the wheelchair out ( and it would have been the same when leaving) . I then noticed that one of the cars, a White Range Rover, wasn't displaying a blue badge. I went into reception, ( the waiting room was empty) and asked the receptionist whose vehicle it might be, she said she would put a message round. I went back to the car and waited. About 20 minutes later a young woman came out ( obviously not a person with disabilities ) and went to the Range Rover. I confronted her and said " do you realise this is a disabled bay" She looked at me as though I had 2 heads and said " Oh, I work here, the car park was full and I was late ".... Is this indicative of the ethos at Meon Health.....Unbelievable !!!
