Not a bad place, had a few ants but it's an old building so you know :) Anyway staff was kind and friendly, room service was good and the breakfast was delicious! The garden out back was so peaceful, you wouldn't know you were in London. I spent hours out there reading and taking pictures. Laundry service is nice. I was there for a college study tour and they handle large groups well 👍
