I’ve been in therapy for several years in both UK & Australia and Natalie at Henry centre is by far the best I’ve come across. She is very in tune with how you’re feeling and seems to just ‘get it’. I come away feeling validated, understood and like my thoughts are somewhat in order. Grateful to have had Natalie recommended to me and wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend her to anyone else!

I have been seeing Natalie over the last couple of years. The centre itself is very welcoming and homely, and you feel at ease as soon as you walk in. Natalie is fantastic - she really listens to you, whilst also helping to work through your feelings and I always leave feeling better than when I walked in. I couldn’t recommend her and the centre more!

I tried contacting this centre as a private paying patient as I was in desperate need of therapy. There were a couple email exchanges down to choosing the therapist and suitable times. When it came to actually booking the appointment, they just stopped contacting me and left me hanging. Completely unprofessional.

We have been seeing Natalie for over a year and me and my husband have found it of great use. She is amazing at listening to both of us and helping us work out things together. We want to continue appointments as there is more to improve but I’m sure Natalie’s help will support us in this.

I saw Natalie for a few months after a difficult period, and the sessions provided a safe and nurturing place for me to pick myself up and get back on track. I am very grateful for her support and patience.

Natalie was my therapist for around 6 months. She genuinely changed my outlook on life, helped me feel listened to and got me back to feeling like my old happy self again. I couldn’t recommend The Henry Centre any more, thank you Natalie! 😊

This was my third attempt at seeking therapy, the previous two attempts being unsatisfactory. I am so grateful that I discovered the Henry Centre. My experience has been one of extreme professionalism. Attention to detail and highly qualified Counsellors. They have genuinely made my life better and dealt with my issues like I never believed was possible. I wish I could give 6 stars!

I started seeing Natalie in September last year. Her response to my initial email was fast and after an initial phone conversation we agreed on a day that suited me for weekly therapy sessions. Natalie is very warm and empathetic, the setting is equally warm and comfortable which makes you instantly at ease. I'm going through a particularly difficult time in my life with a lot of traumatic experiences in the past. Natalie has been helping me make sense of my feelings, guiding me in connecting them to either past or current struggles and gently teaching me to process them in a helpful way. It's work in progress but very much worth it. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Going to the Henry Centre for help was the best decision I made in 2022. Natalie is so knowledgeable and personable, it was easy to talk and I found myself coping better gradually and naturally.
