5 Star - Gaming experience & good value for money. However I would never go back here. 0 Star - Poor customer service. Loathsome owner & staff. Lied and said I didn't pay to get into the venue so subsequently was told to leave by a member of staff. Then the same staff member lied again when other staff members came over to me in an aggressive manner and said I put my hand on them. This was said after they learnt there mistake and that I had actually paid after all. Now the business owner (a Mark) is claiming that the staff member is 7 years old, I couldn't make it up. I told the members of staff to call the police. Security eventually came at which point I was offered a 50% refund to leave which I declined so then was eventually offered 100% refund which amounted to £40 (2 persons). I was entilted to a full refund and got one alas. Always stand up for your rights because some businesses will try to take advantage of you if you don't. They will lie to you and continue to lie if you don't back down in the face of adversity.

Amazing value and lots of great machines, all in great working condition. There are two sections, one with 4 massive TVs and every console you can think of and smaller TVs with PS4/PS5 etc. Then, there's the secondary arcade section with lots of classic games. Highly recommended.
