I had a blocked ear due to wax build up, Sam was great, showed me inside the ear to see the problem and cleaned it throughly using the micro-suction. All done in about 15 minutes. Very easy and no pain or discomfort

I booked an appointment with the hearing place after finding it online. My appointment was with Sam who was brilliant throughout the appointment. I also had my little girl with me who Sam was also very patient with. I would have struggled to make the appointment if I hadn’t been able to take her with me. My ears were really bad beforehand and are now fully clear. Sam was very professional and friendly - I will definitely book with the hearing place again.

I booked in to see Helen after suffering hearing loss and being unable to clear water from my ears. It turns out they were almost completely blocked by old wax plugs. Helen used a variety of methods to clear them and was highly professional and persistent in treating my problem, even arranging a further follow up. I highly recommend the service and will definitely be returning for regular ear maintenance!

Had been suffering with loss of hearing and a whooshing sound in my left ear since last August, Doctor had referred me to hospital but appt wasn’t until May. Went to the Hearing Place and saw Helen, she checked my ears and assured me she could remove the wax after checking both ears. Helen was absolutely marvellous was very reassuring and managed to clear my ears, she then gave me a hearing test and I left feeling very happy and relieved that the ears were cleared and the whooshing had stopped after having it for many months. I would definitely recommend Helen and will see her again if required.
