After suffering with tinnitus, ear pain, fullness to name just a few issues for over two years, I decided to visit the hearing hub to have my ears microsuctioned, as a last resort. After having already been seen by my own GP numerous times and 3/4 ENT “specialists” with no answers as to what was wrong with my ear, I was beyond fed. I was met by Laura who was very kind and made me feel welcomed. She asked what brought me to her and so I told her my long issues with my ear. Laura was in my ear around 2 seconds before she gave me an actual diagnosis. She even showed me what the problem was, which really helped validate my problem and made me feel so much better that I wasn’t going insane. I walked out of there with actual answers and a possible solution. After just one week I have already noticed a massive difference in my ear and will continue doing everything Laura advised as it’s clearly working. I can’t thank Laura enough for giving me answers after over 2 years of suffering! Amazing place. Not only that but I’m not suffering half as much as I was now!!
