Nutrition genetics was awesome. I like new discoveries especially in nutrition. It gives hope that some symptoms can be alleviated by changing gene expressions through nutrition. The online experience is unique, organized and well structured, easy to follow steps. I now know the difference between probiotics and prebiotics in depth, including their major role in our overall health. Knowing that gene expression can be changed was an awesome discovery. The 160 superfoods (functional foods) together with the health diseases made it easy to understand the nutritional tips and advices.

The true value of the course is only at their giveaway 90% off price and their regular prices are totally overpriced. Do not be fooled and go for a higher quality international certification that is actually worth the money.

By the way, the live sessions were really fun.
