Following a mastectomy & diep reconstruction I have been to Georgie for scar work massage on my tummy & breast. It has helped the healing and the discomfort of the scar and also the cording I was experiencing after having lymph nodes removed. Georgie is lovely & compassionate with extensive knowledge and I would highly recommend.

I have had ongoing plantar fasciitis for 6-8 months and my calf muscles were also very tight so I thought i would try a sports massage. I booked Tina Towler for a 60 minutes session and she was amazing. Clearly one treatment is not a complete cure but it seriously helped. I am optimistic I will be walking pain free within a few more sessions. Phoning The Health Hub was the best thing i have done in 2023. They are now in my mobile favourites.

I’ve been seeing Sam for treatment for a long time (getting on for 15 years). He’s managed to fix issues that allowed me to play rugby on weekends when I otherwise would have to miss out. While the issues he treats now aren’t normally as debilitating, I feel better and more able to train once I’ve seen him. Sam will give you a honest opinion on the best course of action for your injury and will do what he can to get you pain free as quickly as possible. The reception staff are great and it’s a friendly environment.
