Been waiting over 2 months for a urgent referral to the hospital. Was told a month ago that the secretary would chase it. I thought its been a while I better check, was told on the phone that they aren't gonna chase it up for me as they already sent the referral request even though I told them the hospital asked for them to chase it back again as its been received improperly. I understand that the receptionist probably gets a lot of rude people on the phone,. However it's not an excuse to be miserable to everyone who's seeking aid. If you're unhappy go get another job!
