One of the best treatments I've ever received. Shameen listens to everything you mention and take into account various factors in order to find what's the best treatment for you. What I loved the most it's how she explains things you can do at home/by yourself to feel better as well, and how kind she is when dealing with people....and of course I always feel better after therapy sessions with her! Highly recommended.
