Booked a pamper package via Groupon, informed a therapist would be absent until July, which wasn't a good month for me, tried requesting information needed regarding my Groupon voucher number to be refunded via Groupon and received the most appalling customer service, took no notice of Groupons request for information no matter how many screenshots I sent of the email, refusing to help at all costs, do not use, the absolute worst attitude I have ever encountered.

My initial treatment got cancelled last minute (few hours before I was meant to arrive). Rebooked it for couple of days later. Had a present voucher for 1 hour Swedish full body massage. Arrived on time but was told to wait as bed is not ready. Then was invited to a back room, which is probably the worst I have ever seen. Been given 1 small towel, bed covered with paper, when all the places I been to before had soft towels on the bed and been very comfy. Room was cold, even with the small heater under the bed. Before the treatment I asked if I can have additional deep tissue on my back and was told it will be £40 extra. Hmm, OK I been to good places before so thought I will give it a go, as for good feeling you need to pay. Also positive reviews here made me feel I will enjoy it. Swedish massage was OKish, nothing really wrong but just didn't feel it relaxed me enough. Couldn't wait for deep tissue. Therapist asked me which part of the back should she focus more, so I told her it is the upper back (I was still expecting it will be for all back, just with a bit more focus on upper part). 10 minutes later I was told massage is finished. She only slightly touched my shoulders, can't even call it deep tissue massage, she even didn't find a single knot but I know I have few on my back (I know what I'm talking about as been to many places and have what to compare it to). I was shocked, didn't want to argue so paid and left. But will never return again and will not recommend. Understand it is Friday evening and maybe she didn't want to stay longer, so she could just say it and would be no problem. I was in the salon for 60 minutes since I arrived and till I paid - this includes the time waiting for the bed to be prepared as well. And this also includes misterious £40 additional deep tissue massage. Never ever again will use their service and will warn my friends not to use it too.

Therapist was attuned to the needs of my body and responded with the right firmness when asked. I was also educated on the behaviour of the lymphatic system and which areas of my system were drained. My therapist also used heat therapy with her hands on the more tender areas. My musculoskeletal and circulatory systems make my body feel brand new and five alive!! I have disc degeneration on my spine (neck and lower back), as well as, a connective tissue disorder that causing chronic widespread pain and fatigue throughout my body so believe me when I say, if your body is in need of muscular rehabilitation, I recommend Healing Hands Sanctuary 100%!!
