Waited 4 hours to be told they don’t do examinations. I should have been told when I was triaged to go to an and e . as I needed to be examined by a doctor. Haywood used to be a good service but the last two times I have visited it has been awful.

Visited twice in the past year, first with my daughter that they failed to pick up on server infection in her ear and the second my husband when he hurt his leg, 2 triage nurses stood around not knowing what was wrong, failed to X-ray it and sent him to a practitioner nurse that still failed to find the cause, gave him crutches and sent him on his way. Today we found it was broken!!! It felt like each time we have been here, the lack of care is appalling, the just don’t seem to give a dam I will be avoiding this place in future.

Rude receptionist! After waiting for 4 hours with my child asked how long more it will be, she got in a huff and shouted sorry were busy when there was just no need. Would never go if I didn’t have to! Seeing patients at snail pace and wonder why the wait times are busy!

Walk in centre opens at 7am so obviously people get there 5 or 10 minutes. My parter and other people including poorly children were forced to queue outside in -1 as we weren't allowed to queue inside! Absolutely shocking, but long as the security men stayed nice and warm inside!!
