Couldn't move my neck for nearly a week so after many recommendations, I called and was lucky enough to get an appointment. Helen was extremely friendly, made me feel at ease and was very thorough. Was told not to expect miracles, but when i woke in the morning, I could get out of bed without the help of my husband. I couldn't believe it!! Over the moon was an understatement. This lady knows what she is doing - I cant speak more highly of her!! Get yourself booked in - totally worth it 🙂
