Oh dear what a disappointment, visited yesterday and booked a table for sunday carvery today , table booked for 2pm , finally got served at the bar to book our food at 2.20pm , to go up to carvery to be told to be seated as we had to wait for more food to come out ( we were then told they would come and get us when food was ready ) to go back to queue for food to only come away with meat and potatoes 😪 as by the time we got to the counter food had once again all gone I understand they were busy but maybe we should have able to go straight to the front of the queue as we had already been turned away once 🤷♀️ such a shame as we were really looking forward to enjoying a nice meal , and we certainly didnt get what we paid for
