After a small misunderstanding regarding the size of hat I ordered for my son, she promptly replied to me and fixed the misunderstanding. After ordering an item, I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service from Lorna in this company. After a misunderstanding regarding express postage I received sincere apologies and a refund on mail charges. The item still arrived as if it was sent by express post and following delivery Lorna contacted me again to ensure I was happy with the item. Use this company and you won't be disappointed.
