  This was my first time trying acupuncture and I was unsure if it would help with my back problem… After a few sessions with Tiziana I had less pain in my back and felt much more mobile in general. Tiziana is extremely friendly and welcoming, she explains everything very well and obviously knows her stuff about acupuncture. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for acupuncture.   Tiziana's approach is professional and confidence inspiring. She has complete ability to put her patients at ease. I sought help for neck and shoulder pain, and after an intensive six session treatment the pain wasn't just relieved it was completely gone. I wouldn't hesitate to return to York Traditional Acupuncture in future and would always recommend her.

  This was my first time trying acupuncture and I have to say that I found it hugely beneficial for particular problems I was having and it also left me feeling very relaxed, which was an additional bonus. I was so pleasantly surprised with the changes following each acupuncture session. Tiziana has an amazing energy and is very knowledgeable. She also recommended books and took a holistic approach to my particular problems (which I found conventional GP approaches did not). Tiziana really listens to what you are trying to achieve and tailors the treatment to suit. She is clearly very skilled at what she does.

  I first started my acupuncture treatment with Tiziana in summer 2020 after having some health difficulties. I started with the intention of improving an eye condition I was diagnosed with and my treatment not only helped me to get this under control but also improved my overall health, physically and mentally. Tiziana is the most caring and genuine yet professional practitioner. She really does strive to help you in ways more than just the treatment, offering recommendations and going the extra mile with her breadth of knowledge. Ive learnt a lot about Chinese medicine (which I love) and feel sincerely cared for in her practice. I always look forward to my appointments and I can’t recommend her enough! Thank you Tiziana :)

  I visited Tiziana when my husband and I were struggling to conceive and had suffered a number of pregnancy losses. We were open to acupuncture helping us conceive and maintain a healthy pregnancy as well as help me relax during conception. Tiziana is a wonderful lady who instantly put me at ease and reassured me there were treatments she could carry out that could assist me. I followed her dietary guidance and had regular sessions, my husband also followed the dietary guidance along with me. I fell pregnant on my second cycle while having acupuncture and continued to have it to help hold the pregnancy. I am now well into my third trimester and cannot thank Tiziana enough for helping us conceive. During the first trimester I was suffering with headaches and nausea and Tiziana adapted my treatment to suit my pregnancy symptoms. The treatment helped to stop all the awful symptoms so I could enjoy my pregnancy. I plan to have acupuncture towards the end of pregnancy as well to help prepare my body for labour and would consider visiting Tiziana again in the future to assist with further pregnancies. I am forever grateful for Tiziana's assistance.

  I was bought a voucher for a treatment. When I called to book was told there were no spaces (realised the voucher is only valid three months from purchase date) and it had two weeks left. I have a demanding full time job and have had family stuff going on and hadn’t realised I had so little time to book in- it’s very unusual for any voucher to last such a short time. She was so unhelpful and just rude! Didn’t offer to extend the voucher so has had money for giving no service! I was actually looking to book an appointment for my husband too - will definitely be taking my business somewhere else!

  I was rather desperate when I decided to try acupuncture and after a couple of sessions with Tiziana I could already feel an improvement. I had been trying to solve the problem through various other treatments for month with no changes and at times worsening of the situation. I am now fully healed and very happy that I can go back to enjoying life fully. Tiziana, through her treatment and care fixed my illness and gave me excellent advice to keep healthy. It has now been over 3 months since the end of my treatment and the problem has not reoccured. I can therefore highly recommend her practice, and I will definetly make it my first port of call should I get any problems in the future. Many many thanks
