Had an ear trimming emergency with my pup, rang around about 20 places nearby and left as many messages, was fully expecting to have to leave another message and was actually slightly taken back when this one was answered, my pup was fitted in for a quick trip to fix the ears, got some helpful advice, product recommendations, all round lovely experience, very grateful!
