I've used Transdev a few times to get around Yorkshire, and while the buses are generally reliable and on time, I've had a few issues with overcrowding during peak hours. The buses can get quite cramped and uncomfortable, which isn't ideal for a long journey. However, the drivers are friendly and helpful, and the fares are reasonable. Overall, I'd say that Transdev is a decent option for getting around, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of comfort and space on the buses.

I use this bus often for school and every morning when I get on the bus and scan my ticket I say morning and thank you to the drivers and there’s a particular few drivers who look at me weirdly or pull faces. This is far beyond subpar customer service.

Buses are supposed to be every 10 minutes like their big adverts say. A bus shows up! And then as I stick my hand out changes to bus full - but that was a lie- only two people standing. Next bus, cancelled. By this point something from First eventually turned up. Contacted customer services - open 9 till 5? No answer. Couldn't care less. Hopeless company who tell lies.

Kids/students travel for school/work between Harewood-Harrogate-Ripley has a local area ticket and is only £40/month. Live on the other end of the 36 route and only need to go Ripon-Ripley, or to Harrogate? Too bad...that requires an *all-Yorkshire* ticket, at £86/month. It's unfair and discriminatory, but emails go unanswered or with default responses, same for WhatsApp, and my tweet directly to them on the subject got deleted within the hour without reply. That lower-priced local area ticket covers over 11 miles, whereas Ripon-Ripley is only 8 miles. It's the same 36 route, and the same drivers and buses, so there's zero justification for doubling the price, or for requiring an all-Yorkshire ticket. Pricing model is unjustifiable and is biased towards the Leeds/Harrogate end of the 36 route.

1 Star is generous! Constant service cancellations, Stinking buses, miserable drivers, the list is endless, they need to pull themselves together, or pack up in Harrogate and head back to France! Competitors are far more reliable and friendly + cheaper.
