Mediocre at best. Service is fine. The room is like sitting in a large banquet hall, not particularly cozy or grand. The food…sigh…the food is not inedible but certainly not particularly tasty. Not delicate like you would expect for afternoon tea. To me, this experience is worth maybe £30 less than half of what it costs. Unsatisfactory.
