Be careful with the extra costs, it is expensive, it is ok, but not worth it because the doctor doesn't seem to care about your well-being more than the money. I went because I had a pain in both ears, paid my consultation for 250 pounds, and he just told me, come for a cleaning afterwards (which had an additional cost of 300 pounds). No medication, no nothing.

Dr Natalie Brookes was brilliant! Very caring, really listened and I felt she was genuinely invested in wanting to find a resolution for my ongoing sinus issues. She also suggested options that may be available via NHS and was considerate of finances when planning diagnostics/ treatment options. Other staff I encountered were also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended, a solid 5 star rating.

Very frustrating experience at the ent clinic. This is customer service wise and nothing to do with the doctor and kind assistants on the upper floor. I had an appointment for an ear issue at 1pm. I was told it would be no more than 30mins on the phone previously. I ended up leaving at 230pm. You would think going private would be quicker but the lack of customer service and lack of respect of one person's time is lacking at this clinic. The organization of the rooms seemed to be issue and possibly the overbooking of clients. All this would have been fine. What really frustrated me is me rushing out after spending 1.5 hour at this clinic, trying to pay my bill by telling them my credit card is on file. I was told to go wait for my bill in the waiting room by the team downstairs. I waited patiently for 8mins. I then went in their room to see what's happening. They were just laughing and chatting. One of them told me "oh I was just going to get you". I didn't like this at all and wont be back.
