This Clinic has no courtesy not only for its patients but even for its doctors. 15min is a max length of appointment. The doctor is never able to speak to a patient, have a look at medical results and record his/her observations at this short time-frame, not even mentioning examining the patient etc. I always have to wait long time for my consultation that is never on time, doesn't matter which specialist I am seeing. The problem is in the clinic management. 15min is not an adequate time for an initial appointment.

This review if for a specific doctor rather than the hospital. I would not recommend Dr. Farida Bano. I couldn’t get a word in during the consultation to share my concerns and she would constantly interject. Extremely poor service, and was rushing through the appointment. She was disorganised, didn’t have reports from my previous specialist so I couldn’t move forward with the initial consultation that I booked for. However, she casually suggested I should do a Pap smear, where I had to chase them numerous times to get my results and I was charged an additional £668 through my insurance (on top of the £145 for the initial consultation). She should have let me know the costs in advance before moving forward with the treatment. Terrible experience, had to ask to switch consultants so now have to start everything from scratch.

I’ve been reading the reviews before being admitted there but they are all non-sense. Just go there and you won’t be sorry! I’ve been admitted for adenoids removal at this clinic and I can’t express enough the level of satisfaction that I ever experienced in any clinic across Europe! The staff was amazing, no bored I don’t want to work here attitude which you get everywhere else. There are no words for the nurses that looked after me Agnes and the other woman from Trinidad(I forgot the name but will never forget the face), they’ve been a joy to look after myself and chat, extremely down to earth. The facilities are not short of absolute cleanliness all around with modern equipment . Believe it or not, the food was actually good, comes from a guy that’s very fussy about anything he eats haha. Don’t give it second thoughts by any means.

Simply put a fantastic clinic/private hospital - filled with genuinely caring personnel be that reception staff, porters, doctors, consultants, specialists etc. I received the absolute best care and attention whilst there for 5 days. My thanks to all who went out of their way to help with my treatment and recovery.

Avoid at all costs. Unqualified staff unables to interpret their own test result. Trying to lure many customers for additional services. Unprofessional staff who try to shift the blame to you because you are not the doctor. Calls are always busy to take your personal detail. Scam.

Absolutely a disgrace. I got appointment since 05 Jan 2023. Never got any response for my blood tests’ result and not sure if I am got any issue with my health after almost 2 months, visiting the clinic at 78 Harley Street. Few weeks ago, they send me the bill of £1100+, not sure what is this for. I did the test but never got a result and none of them bother contacting me regarding my health.

It’s an amazing clinuc with best service! Lovely porters who are ready to help you out. Receptionists are very helpful and polite! I never witnessed such a great and efficient team. In particular, Dr Ramia Mokbel was amazing and very caring and helpful. She removed a mole on same day which was such a relief! So grateful. Ayesha, her secretary was very empathetic and willing to assist my booking. The service and outfit was very impressive. Although I arrived late but the staff were understanding and not disappointing. I highly recommend it.
