My experience with Mr Tsepov and his team was just exceptional! I was diagnosed with deeply infiltrating endometriosis with involvement of my bowel. From first seeing Mr Tsepov, I had surgery within 3 weeks and the entire team has supported me throughout. Nadia, his secretary, was so friendly and understanding and did everything possible to accommodate requests for appointments. Vicky, the specialist nurse, was fantastic from the first appointment to my aftercare. She checked on me during my hospital stay and followed up with me regularly post-op to guide me through my recovery. Mr Tsepov listened to all my concerns and ensured no stone was left unturned. The surgery went exceptionally well and I am only 2 weeks post op with no pain at all. With his experience of robotics and surgical skills, there is no one else I would trust for my treatment. I feel truly blessed to have found Mr Tsepov and his team to help me through my endometriosis journey.

Excellent service, fantastic staff and what a difference they have made to my life already. Dr Tsepov is such a polite and knowledgeable person, who makes you feel heard and understood. I am now in my third week post op, barely felt any pain and the scars are healing fast! Throughout this process; before, during and after I felt very at ease, I knew what was happening at all times. All the team of course contributed to this, from Nadia his personal assistant and practice manager and her excellent communication skills, Vicky, the specialist nurse who made sure I was looked after during my stay in the hospital and was also in contact with me over the phone after I was discharged, ready to answer and advise on anything. I highly recommend Dr Tsepov and his team they have done an amazing job, with great professionalism.

I had a wonderful experience with Mr Tsepov and his team. I had been searching for a diagnosis for nearly 7 years and within a few weeks Mr Tsepov diagnosed endometriosis and adenomyosis and had put a treatment plan in place. The surgery was very successful and I was looked after by an amazing team of people. Mr Tsepov himself is lovely, so friendly and really puts you at ease. He is also working with me on a treatment plan as I am now trying for a second baby. I could not recommend Mr Tsepov and the Endometriosis Centre highly enough.

From my initial appointment, I felt comfortable and listened to, which reassured me I was in very safe hands by Mr Tsepov. Any questions or concerns regarding the robotic myomectomy procedure were answered with thorough explanation and compassion. My recovery has been speedy with excellent post-surgery care by Mr Tsepov and Vicky. I am genuinely grateful to have been introduced to Mr Tsepov and his fantastic team by a friend. Many thanks again!

I’m so glad I found Dr Tsepov and the endometriosis clinic. I wish I’d found him sooner. I requested an appointment and received a call back with a date 2 hours later. Nadia has been so efficient and always on hand to help. Dr Tsepov really took the time to listen to me and took me seriously. Gynae CNS Vicky has been brilliant prior to surgery I had a call with her and Andreea who is a pain CNS and they offered great advice and then post op Vicky kept in touch with me to see how I was doing. I have also saw Dr Tsepov’s colleague Dr Cregg for pain management and that appointment was so helpful and Dr Cregg explained things very well. I also spoke with Miss Di Donato and she was brilliant too she really listened to me and was so understanding and made me feel at ease straight away. I had surgery on 1st of September and I was well looked after and supported at all times. I am so thankful to this endometriosis centre and to Dr Tsepov and his colleagues. I’m doing well post op and for the first time in years I have minimal pain and can actually do things like go out and enjoy a meal with family. When I first when to the clinic I felt so devastated by the endometriosis and was at the end of my tether but since surgery I am much happier and delighted with the care received.

If I could give Dr Tsepov 10 stars out of 5 I would. He is so knowledgable and his bedside manner is brilliant he is so kind and helpful and will answer any questions you have. Not at any point during my care and surgery was I unsure or confused of what was happening or what the plan was, I always felt like I was listened to and was believed when describing my symptoms and pain which is a nice change from previous doctors. I have already recommended Dr Tsepov to a friend and will continue to recommend him and his team to people in the future as I believe he is the best at what he does. I am beyond grateful for how quickly and efficiently I was treated, I’m currently two weeks post laparoscopy and already feel like my life has been changed.

Mr Tsepov and his team, including his Gynae CNS, Vicky, and Practice Manager and PA, Nadia, have been nothing short of excellent. I went to see Mr Tsepov for the first time in July 2021 at the Harley Street Clinic Endometriosis Centre. Having suffered with symptoms of my endometriosis since at least 2015, I had been diagnosed with endometriosis (via laparoscopy) in 2019 by a different gynaecologist, who unfortunately I had lost confidence in. Mr Tsepov listened carefully to my history and, at that first appointment and on all occasions since, has been consistently kind, empathetic and reassuring. He has always taken the time to answer my questions (and I’ve had a lot!), explain procedures and his approach, and, above all, has never been dismissive of anything I have said about my experiences. I ultimately underwent a robotic laparoscopy and excisional surgery in November 2021 at The Princess Grace Hospital, along with a tubal dye test. I felt fully informed going into the surgery (and coming out of it; Mr Tsepov came to see me in my hospital room afterwards to talk me through everything, and at my follow up appointment I was able to watch a video of my surgery and see exactly what Mr Tsepov did) and supported at every stage before, during and after . Endometriosis was ultimately excised from both of my pelvic sidewalls, uterosacral ligaments and bladder/peritoneum, along with a rectovaginal nodule. The surgery went smoothly and the scarring is minimal (five small and fading scars, one inside my bellybutton), and I was discharged after one night in hospital. Due to Covid, my partner was not able to stay in the hospital with me, however, I passed his number onto Vicky who arranged for Mr Tsepov to call him immediately after my surgery to let him know how it went. I also had direct contact with Vicky before and after my surgery, and she called and messaged to check in on me on several occasions after I was discharged. Prior to this surgery my symptoms included intermenstrual bleeding, post-coital bleeding, dyspareunia, bloating, pelvic pain and gastrointestinal symptoms (including stomach pain, diarrhoea and constipation, made worse by certain food and drink). To control these symptoms I would take ibuprofen and paracetamol, and also regularly used a TENS machine, heat packs and hot water bottles. For my gastrointestinal symptoms I would take appropriate medication as required and avoid various triggering food and drink. I am now four months post-surgery and no longer have any of these symptoms. I appreciate my symptoms and my endometriosis were nowhere near worst case scenario, but there has not been one day so far where I have not noticed the difference or felt grateful for Mr Tsepov and his team, whose expertise and support I attribute all of the successes of my surgery to.
