We booked our stay here for a single night to see a show and enjoy some shopping. We were greeted by concierge and very friendly staff as we went to the desk. We said that we were going to see shen yun and went off to our room to freshen up. We returned later on in the evening to be surprised by the staff giving us cookies with the shows poster on the front in fondue and lovely hand written note. We had some drinks in the bar and some donuts which were fantastic. Our room was right above the terrace bar, and surprisingly wasn’t loud. You could hear some sound but wasn’t loud at all. Was wonderful. Will be returning

First time here and cannot wait to come back. I travel extensively and this is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The service from the door staff and front desk staff was exceptional! Never have I encountered such outstanding and genuine service. The rooms had ample space for all our luggage and bathroom was great too. And above all spotless! And a special shout out to the doorman Jordan who went out of his way for us!

Beautiful decor. Great service. Lamb was over cooked, the pasta was disappointing. The duck was to die for the croquettes were delicious. Trimisu was bland and a little too bitter, took the joy out of dessert. Shame the food didn't live up to expectations. Eye wateringly expensive. High end prices, service and design. Let down by the food unfortunately. I don't drink but I'm told by my guest the wine, dessert wine and negroni's were all good.

The lounge area is comfortably laid out with sofas and a chilled setting that makes it the perfect spot for a quite evening or afternoon tea. The ambiance is top-notch. The Chocolate filled Dough Balls are delicious, warm and fluffy, and filled with the perfect amount of gooey chocolate that just melts in your mouth. They are my favourite and i order them everytime i am there! And to wash it all down, I tried their hibiscus tea which was the perfect complement to the rich, chocolatey goodness of the dough balls.
