Looking forward to a lovely breakfast with a friend, we arrived to a non smiling waitress sat down and asked what drinks we'd like. On arrival my pot of tea came with hot frothy milk which was quite bizarre so I had to ask for cold. After 30 mins our order arrived and I was taken aback at my order 'welsh rarebit with bacon" which was a dry piece of cheap sliced bread with an absolutely awful bitter, brown sauce and thick fatty bacon on top. I have never complained in my life, i took one bite and it was revolting, so had a quiet word with waitress. She took my plate away and never apologised or offered anything else. They knocked it off bill. When my friend complained her half eaten breakfast wasnt good, the manager, an arrogant person accused her of pulling a fast one.....how rude, what happened to Sorry! We both left hungry and angry. We will not return and will not recommend!

Fine dining at its best! All 3 courses were beautiful, cooked with fresh ingredients. The service was excellent, very friendly staff, our waitress took really good care of us and we were greeted by the chef at the end of our meal which was a lovely touch. Will be returning very soon!
