Short notice needed a room after booking another hotel and booked the wrong dates.hotel was lovely and clean and Jean was very lovely and understanding,and gave us her last double room but had to share bathroom no problem, and for£70 with a English breakfast too.and Jean gave us a parking permit which cost £3 for the whole day save us worrying about finding parking.as there is double yellow lines everywhere there.overall a great hotel and a lovely landlady thank you Jean...Janet&John London
