I only recently joined the team at the Hamptons and I can honestly say it's a lovely home. From the minute I walked through the door just for my interview, everyone was so welcoming and have been so lovely ever since. Any problems or issues I have had have been handled and sorted immediately. I've worked in care for over 10 years and I know a good home and a bad one and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this home to family or friends. Residents are very well looked after and are happy. I'm proud to say I work at The Hamptons.

I love working here and love my job , we have a great team and we work well together , we are always training to achieve the best we can for ourselves and our residents who we love like our own family , any issues that do arise are dealt with immediately by management who are fair and understanding and I have always been supported in my role as a carer , I’m happy to be part of the Hamptons family .

This home isn't what people think it is trust me Mums room was cold heating always breaking down If not all but most of the staff don t have n v qs there is alot being done under handed and kept quite Staff related to each other they work on same shift when shouldn't be happening No communication at all as u ask one member of staff something and I got was i know nothing if I asked another member of staff So please do think before you put your loved one in this home

It gives me great pleasure to work here to walk on shift and see the residents smiling and happy having a tipple of their favourite drink along with a sing along staff are great too nothing to much for them they all go out there way to keep residents happy and smiling and it’s good to be apart of the Hamptons family thank you xx
