This problem was fixed in a thoroughly professional and friendly manner dealing with the hive that was one and a half meters deep residing in the flue some twelve meters above the wood burner. I called in the Hampshire Bee Company to remove a massive colony of Bees hidden behind an interior wall. Bricks had to be removed to gain access - the Bees were removed with great care and the brickwork replaced, made good and indeed the whole site cleaned and put back to normal. He then instigated remedial measures designed to discourage bees from re-using that space. He kept me informed of progress at every stage and his final bill was exactly the same as his estimate.
