Called as felt right rough. Trusty chest infection that normally ends with hospital. Wanted dr mosin.. Yoy need tobook online. Ok.. Done that and got text to say he away till thursday.. So why not tell me and book me with anothet dr mmmmm. Called back and told they close lusting as met 100 and to relog this afternoon. Watch this spaace.... Bet i can get one. Lsst reply from lafy wad go a and e!!!!

I’ve hardly ever needed the GP but I have needed one several times over the past year. I find the online system extremely efficient, so much better than wasting time calling and waiting in a queue. Very easy to use, just a short detail of your concern and they will triage appropriately and allocate an appointment or will just send a prescription to your chosen pharmacy. Whenever I’ve had an appointment I’ve found the doctors very thorough and have not felt rushed at all. Sometimes the drs will even call me a few days later to check up on how I’m doing. I have been registered with the Hamilton practice since birth and absolutely cannot fault them.

Really poor reception, the odd new staff member is trumped by the older members with an attitude. Rude abrupt and happy to hand up on you, your refused your right to speak to the director. Repeatedly had the hospital and ambulance crews step in for medication when health issues go on for 4-8+ weeks. It’s a shame as the practice was once rated so much better

Fantastic surgery! All the staff are so friendly I messaged a medical query at 8:55am this morning and by 9am my problem was dealt with and had a message back from a doctor. So quick & efficient I also love how easy it is to contact a doctor via the query form. All the girls on reception are so lovely and friendly too. 5 star service!!
