No continuity of care, different GP every time. Very difficult to get appointment. Can take up to a month to get a sick note and prescriptions are often wrong.

Since being taken over the service has seriously declined. They have now closed the halfway surgery without informing existing patients. Extremely poor communication and lack of thought of how many people will manage to travel to alternative practice sites.

This doctors surgery failed my dad, they could not see he was dying from cancer. We could see the decline but a trained GP could not. Now the ombudsman is involved so we can get some answers but still messing around after months. Now I am seeking legal action. Biggest waste of time this GP, and if I had 1 wise word for any patients it would be to 'move' find a new GP because this one is no good.

They were great until they merged with Maritime. I went for a general medical review. Was told by text to make an appointment with a nurse and doctor seperately. One plus hour queue on phone, appointment by phone anytime between 8am and 6pm (apparently nobody outside the NHS has to work, just sit by the phone on any day of their choosing). Nurse fine. Doctor rang and gave up within two rings of phone. Had to wait again on the phone (can't book online because of a problem with the surgery). Managed to answer within one ring and was told it wasn't necessary, the nurse had already dealt with it and would I like a chat! I told him: 'No, you have wasted my time and you have other patients who need help". I mean, really! I have made an a face to face appointment before and turned up and it wasn't recorded. People have to work themselves. I have taken days off work to attend medical appointments in the past. This is no good. I've have had to give up my tablets, which I could have died if I don't get but experience told me to have a month's supply in advance because doctors do not understand the physical addictiveness (as they never get training updated). They issued another prescription to the same pharmacists who said no twice before. They cannot read plain English. Coming off antidepressants is an absolutely horrific experience, with medical "help". It isn't going back to what you were before, anymore than coming off alcohol or herion is. I did it alone before. I did it again, but never again. All the time I have had to blocķ the relentless texts and emails re vaccinations, which I am completely in favour of, but they are a cash cow and distract from people's health problems now. They are apparently only just below the UK average on a recent nationwide survey but that is because they are part of a group. There is only one surgery which brings up results. It doesn't take a genious to work out that they decided to put all the resources into one surgery, and that counts as one for the purposes of the survey, whilst schilling for lucrative jab work - money is all they care about. They went from a good surgery to something which just does not care about patients at all.

Incompetent staff including. Not understanding medical terms. Always no appointments. Missing test results. This is a standard service provided by this surgery. Receptionist like to hang up as well. Then you need to wait an hour or so to be connected again.

If I could put— 5 STARS I WOULD. This bunch of clowns took over what was am amazing Doctors. Church View Practice. Since then they don’t care. They are not interested in the patients. How can you have a relationship with a doctor that knows you and what is wrong with you when they have thousands of patients and a handful of doctors. It’s that BAD DOCTORS ARE LEAVING AND CALLING THE NEW OWNERS PATHETIC MUPPETS. The reception staff think they are the doctors telling you what you can and cannot have. The sooner they go bust the better.

If I could I would Rate this surgery ZERO. I am lucky that I don’t often have to call but on the few occasions I have done I have had no help whatsoever. Last time today when I called to enquire how to make an appointment for a mammogram. I believed to be well overdue and I explained that I did not recall receiving a remind letter from NHS. . Also explained that my mother had died of breast cancer So I was keen to make an appointment. The attitude of the person I spoke to was so unhelpful. All she could say was that the surgery did not make these appointments and that I should look on the website to find out a number to call?? Totally unbelievable. I am not surprised why more and more people are turning to private practices. Unbelievable
