Sorry guys but we were really disappointed with the Sunday lunch. We recommended the place on previous experience and ended up in the position that we won’t be returning. The meat (two of us had lamb and one beef) was literally shaved from a preformed catering roll and the veg was certainly not plentiful, a couple of parsnips, a carrot, three small non crisp potatoes, a spoonful of cabbage. The gravy was sweet the only saving grace was a lovely Yorkshire. At £22-£24 I have had so much better at a much more reasonable price… I think you have lost your way as I know times are hard but we still expect better. The puddings at £9 each were ok but at that price we expect fabulous. Have you changed hands since lockdown? We paid the service charge because it was good but really can’t say the same of the meal. Too expensive, quality and plate appeal low Parking: Plenty
