  Staff are all amazing and really make you feel at ease. The doctor walks you through everything beforehand and the technicians are all very polite and listen to every query you may have. The aftercare post-op is incredible. They're always a text away with questions you may have and will provide you with the best advice to see you through your recovery. Highly recommend this clinic as they are extremely professional, kind and clearly take pride and care with their patients.

  I’ve done years of research on which clinic to go to. I can guarantee you it is the best option in the UK. Even with a consultation and anything that comes before the procedure, the team has been so helpful from start to finish and from finish to after-care. I had my hair transplant procedure in March this year and have been sending updates and queries to the clinic via WhatsApp. Their Respond speed is unmatched. I have no once felt I didn’t get the help that I needed. The keeps me reassured throughout the healing process, because it has been quite a journey to say the least! I am two months in with the procedure and I know that I still have many months before I get to see the results. However, I’m sure the clinic will be there to help me every step of the way. I don’t think going to clinic of the country would give me this the amount of security. Thank you to the Hair Dr team for making choosing this clinic the best decision I’ve made.

  So, it has been two years since I've had a hair transplant with Dr. hair in Leeds. TL;DR my transplant failed, you can't tell I've had a transplant at all, and not in a good way. Just a little intro: this is not my real name as I prefer being anonymous as I don't like to let everyone know that I've had a hair transplant. Everyone in the clinic was really helpful, although they really seemed more worried about not getting a bad review rather than anything else. The experience was pretty weird and a little dodgy, looking back now. First of all, they've told me a price and an amount of graft and when they saw me on the day of the surgery they've changed the estimate. They've told me I would need an additional £1500 to proceed as I'd need an additional number of grafts. I had to do a bank transfer on the place and the doctor waited for the money to go through before he even started the surgery. I can forgive all that cause the consultation had been done in a internet all. I was welcomed by a nice young man that (again, bit dodgy) told me I was going to get a har transplant "from the best doctor in the world". The surgery itself was fine, the doctor has been there for a very short time and then the assistants finished his work for most of the time. The main problem is that I followed everything they've told me to do to the letter and my transplant simply failed. They've informed me that there's a very little chance this can happen, but I can't help writing a bad review because of all the promises they made me and the big price I had to pay. Also, if you don't chase them yourself for a follow-up, they don't really care for your yearly review. Haven't received any emails, text or calls since I texted them. I guess this can happen to anyone with any transplant, or maybe they did something wrong. Either way, this is my experience with them and I think it should be shared.

  I had my procedure three weeks ago now but started my journey approximately eight months ago when I first enquired. From the moment I first got in touch the team have been fantastic, put me at ease with no obligations and were really informative and transparent. On the day of my procedure once again the team put me right at ease and although it was a long day I was looked after superbly, I was comfortable and everything was completely pain free. Aftercare has been really straight forward and the team are on hand 24/7 to answer any questions I have via their WhatsApp. All in all I have no complaints and would highly recommend the Hair Dr. ***** It’s now been 12 months on from my transplant and the results speak for themselves. I saw vast improvement from six months onwards with the hair density improving month on month to now. Hopefully I will continue to see improvements up until the 18 month mark as the team have mentioned individuals can sometimes see fuller and thicker results up until then. Also, since about the 4 month mark I have taken oral Minoxidil combining this with the use of their own branded topical spray, these have both been easy to get a hold of from the team and have been really useful in my recovery to growth in the latter more recent months. One comment to make is that you can experience some shedding when you begin using these but nothing to worry about this soon slows up, eventually stopping and new hair growth improves. As I said all in all I’ve no complaints and would highly recommend The Hair Dr.

  I’d highly recommend Dr. Arshad and the team at The Hair Dr. I was greeted through the front door on arrival and instantly made to feel at ease. I had my consultation with Dr. Arshad where we decided how I wanted my hairline to look. I was then taken by the nurses to get gowned up and have my head shaved. All of the nurses were great throughout the whole day. Constantly checking you’re ok through the procedure and making you feel comfortable throughout. We then went up to the procedure room which was spotless as you’d expect. I had my local anaesthetics which were the only painful bit of the day but over instantly. Dr Arshad extracted the grafts and before I knew it it was lunchtime. Lunch is provided for you along with unlimited drinks, chocolate bars and crisps. After lunch the grafts were inserted and the day was soon over. You’re provided with a full aftercare pack, a timetable on what to do and when to take your tablets etc. I’ve regularly messaged the team to check things are looking as they should do. The team always come back to you promptly and have been very reassuring and helpful. 3 weeks after my grafts have settled down, the scabs have completely gone and you can already see the donor hairs growing through perfectly. Looking forward to getting the shedding phase out the way and seeing the growth come through around 6 months. I can’t recommend the team at The Hair Dr enough. I was nervous about the procedure in the build up but there was no need to be.

  i had my FUE transplant done 10 months ago and have had amazing results as losing my hair from my crown area and front area i contacted the clinic and after 3-4 yrs of research and had seen many hair transplants carried out by DR Arshard and was impressed by the results. I had my initial consultation with the clinic and all the information was given to me and what to expect as well and All the medical staff was brilliant and helpful on the day Adam was very helpful on the day and couldn’t do enough to make me at ease. the after care and continued support as been there all the time throughout my journey i highly recommend the clinic to anyone that needed to gain there confidence back a life changing decision and the best one made as well

  I am 3/4 weeks post procedure and can’t thank the staff at the Hair Dr Clinic enough. The results are amazing despite still being so early on. On the day they were very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout! The whole procedure and Dr Arshad was very professional.The same applies to the aftercare where they have been easily contactable and have provided continued support. Highly recommend!
